Webhooks Integration

Get your webhook URL
Create an incoming webhook in your target service (Slack, Discord, Zapier, etc.).

Add to form settings
Go to your form settings and paste the webhook URL in the Webhooks section.

Configure payload
Choose JSON format. Spike sends all form fields plus metadata like timestamp.

Test the webhook
Submit a test form and verify the data arrives at your destination.

Verify signatures (optional)
For security, verify the X-Spike-Signature header matches your webhook secret.
