1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Spike ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Spike provides form backend infrastructure that allows you to receive form submissions, send email notifications, and manage form data through our dashboard and API.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • •Violate any laws or regulations
  • •Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • •Collect personal data without consent
  • •Distribute malware or harmful content
  • •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • •Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • •Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process any personal data submitted through your forms.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes.
